100 Queen’s Gate Hotel London, Curio Collection by Hilton

The staff couldn't have been nicer. The room was very nicely appointed. The breakfast was great - fabulous buffet. Josh, the food manager was very hands on and helped me pick a wine for dinner that I really enjoyed. Other staff were very helpful also, in particular, Rose, Adam and Sajjad.

The location and the quirkiness of the hotel

Very charming, very helpful staff, great location. We stayed in a suite and it was beautiful. The Esq bar downstairs was lovely.

This is my first day in the hotel,August 26th, 2024, which I booked for 5 night till August 30th and honestly speaking I don't need to wait till the end of my stay to appreciate the excellent services provided by the whole staff including the reception, house keeping, room service, and the restaurant staff. They are always smiling, friendly, very polite, always supporting, hard working, the girl in the restaurant was exceptional, very hard working and never stopped working and helping customers for so many hours and have kept her smile and dedication. The men in the resturant in the breakfast were also amazing and very friendly, I can also appreciate the same dedication and hard working,and the friendliness of all of them. Cleanliness of the Resturant was impressive and was also very organized. I liked the idea to scan QR code inside the room, where you can scan it, then the list of services will be automatically loaded. Then you can order for anything without calling the reception. I tried this service yesterday and asked for a dental kit, the staff brought it to me fastly.

Very lovely and cozy hotel in the hearth of Chealsea. The location is amazing very close to shopping districts. The lre are many restaurants, coffee shops, patisseries close to the hotel. They have English style breakfast which was enough in many aspects except the variaty of cheeses. For our next trip we'll stay in this same hotel for sure.
