The staff couldn't have been nicer. The room was very nicely appointed. The breakfast was great - fabulous buffet. Josh, the food manager was very hands on and helped me pick a wine for dinner that I really enjoyed. Other staff were very helpful also, in particular, Rose, Adam and Sajjad.

Upon arrival/ check in we mentioned to the lady on the desk we had a theatre booking and she gave us an early check in which enabled us to freshen up after long journey. The room was clean and had all amenities. The hotel looks exceptional from the outside and the lobby/restaurant and bar all looked incredible.

The hotel was in an ideal position next to a street with lots of excellent restaurants. Nice and safe high quality area. Good public transport close.

The Queensgate Hotel in Kinsington was a lovely first stop on our UK/Italy 40th anniversary tour, where we stayed for 3 nights, serving to eradicate our jet lag and also to get our bearings in the London area once again. The hotel is luxurious, comfortable, and the staff are friendly and kind—all set in a beautiful (posh) neighbourhood that is close to some lovely spots like Kinsington Palace, Hyde Park, and New Holland Park (with the beautiful Kyoto Garden in the middle of it). The classic British (buffet) breakfast tasted great, and the specialty coffees were both delicious and plentiful. As an added bonus, while waiting outside to leave, we saw the flyover for the VE day celebrations at Buckingham Palace (see video). Sajjad from Bangladesh was particularly friendly, and helpful in finding the pickup spot for our Uber. We would stay here again no problem. Luxury without any snoot.

Very charming, very helpful staff, great location. We stayed in a suite and it was beautiful. The Esq bar downstairs was lovely.

This is my first day in the hotel,August 26th, 2024, which I booked for 5 night till August 30th and honestly speaking I don't need to wait till the end of my stay to appreciate the excellent services provided by the whole staff including the reception, house keeping, room service, and the restaurant staff. They are always smiling, friendly, very polite, always supporting, hard working, the girl in the restaurant was exceptional, very hard working and never stopped working and helping customers for so many hours and have kept her smile and dedication. The men in the resturant in the breakfast were also amazing and very friendly, I can also appreciate the same dedication and hard working,and the friendliness of all of them. Cleanliness of the Resturant was impressive and was also very organized. I liked the idea to scan QR code inside the room, where you can scan it, then the list of services will be automatically loaded. Then you can order for anything without calling the reception. I tried this service yesterday and asked for a dental kit, the staff brought it to me fastly.

The room was clean ,modern and well looked after during our stay and the location was spot on for our visit as it was a 5 mins walk to Museums and Knightsbridge and the tube was only 5 mins away and there was a lot of places to eat and drink in the immediate area The staff were all friendly and helpful
